I placed an order which did not arrive on time then 3 days later I got a card from my closest postal sorting office requesting the postage to be paid!!
I had already paid £7.95 postage !!....
I have tried to make contact to find out what has happened and nobody has come back to me via email or telephone.
I have phoned 3 consecutive days and no answer and followed this through with emails. Do not purchase from this company dishonest and do not come back to you. Shoddy.

As we are based in Northern Ireland the country was on public holiday Monday and Tuesday.
Sorry that you were charged an extra postage fee by Royal Mail, which the also held up the delivery of your order. As I explained in my email this often happen with Royal Mail. We paid the correct postage on the parcel at the time of posting. We will refund you the £5.20 and take it up with Royal Mail ourselves.
We will also send you out a free bottle of diffuser oil as an apology.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this clock. It looks amazing on one of my shelves on my media wall.
Not worth the money, so light be nice if it was made out of a better quality wood, or sold cheaper, but it was very well packaged,
