Damaged Items
We’re sorry if your order has arrived damaged. Please email help@yourhomeinteriors.net and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged item
- A photograph of the outside of the packaging showing any damage
- A photograph of the outside of the packaging showing the delivery label
These photographs allow us to report the damage to the delivery company and help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please retain the item and all its original packaging until our customer service team has reviewed your enquiry.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please use our Returns Portal.
If you need assistance with your return, email help@yourhomeinteriors.net and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Please do not return an item without first submitting your request through the Returns Portal or contacting our team.
