Refund & Returns Policy

At Your Home Interiors, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, email us at help@yourhomeinteriors.net with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Made-to-order and personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, and the same applies to clearance items.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery at help@yourhomeinteriors.net, including your order details and clear photos of the issue and packaging. Once we've verified this, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange, just let us know in your return email. Exchanges are processed once we've received the original item and are subject to stock availability.

Cancellations (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel before your order is dispatched, please contact us at help@yourhomeinteriors.net as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it within the 14-day cooling-off period after delivery, provided it meets the conditions above.
