Arrived today and I love it!
I admit, I opened this today with great trepidation... The first time this was delivered, it was broken. Seller agreed to replace. After a good while and it hadn't been delivered, I contacted the seller to be told Royal Mail had returned the parcel as it got damaged in their department. Seller had to send it out again, hence the trepidation. However, this time it arrived in one piece. It was very well packed (so well it was difficult to unpacked lol). Although the first broken one had been packed well also. Hence the trepidation. Luckily, there was no need, it happily arrived in once piece. Lovely piece that goes very well with my Africa-themed collection of plants and ornaments. I would definitely order from this seller again. Jo was helpful and polite.

It took an absolute age to arrive - partly because royal mail said the seller didn't pay the full postage amount - but I was in contact with the seller throughout the process and it was soon resolved. They refunded me the extra postage amount I had to pay to royal mail. I'm excited now to finally put the unit on the wall! Might order another if it does the job I want it to
