We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and straightforward.

Damages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

This allows us to investigate promptly and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

To report damage, email our Damages Team at damages@yourhomeinteriors.net and include:

  Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
  
• 
  A short description of the issue
  

Once received, our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please contact our Returns Team at returns@yourhomeinteriors.net.

They’ll provide full instructions, including the return address and any courier recommendations.

Please note:

  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  
• 
  We’re unable to accept returns on personalised or made-to-order items unless faulty.
  
• 
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different product or colour, our team can help arrange that for you — simply email returns@yourhomeinteriors.net with your request.
